A few days ago, issue(s) affected both Chandler Hub and OSAF Bugzilla, discussed/acknowledged in IRC (partial record: <http://chandlerproject.org/script/getIrcTranscript.cgi?channel=chandler&date=20090312>) but things soon returned to normal.
