The only thing you can do is fold up the done section, this will hide done in all collections.
What I would like is option to have a section in the left side pane you could collapse that contained Done collections, either via Collections in Collections or user dividers like the line under trash (but collapsable) I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get the notes out so that in the future they could be imported into other applications, even a spreadsheet would be nice.
