To treat selected items (not all items) within a collection as archived: * create a collection called 'archive' * copy selected items to the archive * periodically empty the archive. Export from Chandler Desktop occurs every time you quit, unless you tell Chandler to skip the routine. If you export on demand, the name of the .chex (Chandler export) file will probably include a time stamp. To review exported data without interfering with your normal profile, use the Chandler Desktop option to create a separate profile.
