Bug 12415 <https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12415> is 'Import of Google Calendar ICAL file fails with "year is out of range" parse error' You can add yourself to the CC list for that bug, or await a version of Chandler Desktop that includes a fix.
