Used to be able to follow these instructions to run Chandler/Cosmo Server
Bundle as a Windows Service on Windows Server 2003.

Since reinstalling the OS, the same attempt generates this system error:
"The Chandler Server service terminated with service-specific error 0 (0x0)."
Launcher the Server Bundle from command line directly still works.
The only differences in the setup are:
- JDK 6u14 updated 6u16
- Windows system directory not using default path "c:\windows" but "c:\win2k3",
as the OS reinstall was not a total wipe.
Should this be posted on the developer list?
