In the past I have reported a lot of problems here and there. It
appears I have a bigger problem now.
I haven't been able to shut down Chandler properly for months. it
hangs during the process. (I believe I reported that some time ago.)
Today I can't start it up. The error is below. (I have gotten this
error many times (and sent the report)), but now it won't open after
the error shows. If anyone can help me open this I would appreciate
it, as all my data is in there.
