The Cosmo server is pretty finicky in what kinds of iCalendar files it
will accept.  Google creates iCalendar files that are iCalendar valid,
but Cosmo doesn't accept.

You need to operate on the file a bit to do a direct import.  What I do
is split the iCalendar file into separate events and filter the Cosmo
issues and DAV them in directly.

Someone would need to modify the current subscription system to filter
out these iCalendar things Cosmo doesn't accept and then your
subscription would work.

I don't have time to do the work, but if someone does I can tell you
what issues ive found and tell you what operations to do to the file to
make it go into Cosmo right.

The biggest one being, Cosmo doesn't accept iCalendar floating dates so
you need to put in a timezone or make it UTC.
