Please: which version of Windows, which version of iTunes? Do you use Microsoft Office Outlook? If so, is Outlook configured to read from your Chandler Server? Have you /ever/ used iTunes to sync /anything/ between your computer and your iPod Touch? Did a sync occur before or after your update to 3.1.3? (On Mac OS X 10.5.x and 10.6.x, syncs seem to be routine when the user allows iTunes to work for devices that use iPhone OS. I'm less familiar with Windows.) Was your update to 3.1.3 before or after configuration of iPhone OS to work with your Chandler Server?
