Drag the item from one collection to another. This presents the single item in both collections. (In this way Chandler Desktop is distinctly different from, say, Apple iCal. To have a task in multiple collections in iCal, you would need to copy, then manage multiple copies of the item.) add collections to other collections That's not possible, but the 'spheres' concept may be of interest: <https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11918>, <http://n2.nabble.com/forum/Search.jtp?tpl=search-page&node=1653123&query=spheres>. e.g. put all my business projects under an @Office context 1. Create a collection named 'office' 2. drag items to that collection. Alternatively: add a distinctive keyword to items, then use the quick entry field to find. (Hint: /find @office will find items that include the word office (without the @) so a keyword such as officecontext might me more useful.) As a GTDer, I'd like to use both contexts and projects as "buckets" for my notes (actions). I assume that "collections" act as both projects and actions. Sorry, I'm not familiar with GTD. <http://blog.chandlerproject.org/2008/03/14/chandler-and-gtd/> (2008) may be of interest.
