I've been using Chandler for a couple of weeks, and I really like the user interface but have a few suggestions for enhancements. When you add a custom alarm to an item, once the alarm date passes the item is automatically set to DONE. I think this is dangerous - often I don't get to finish items when I should due to unexpected meetings etc. If I don't check carefully what I've missed then I'll be losing uncompleted items off my task list when I next Clean Up. When I drag an item into a collection it stays in the previous collection and I have to then right click remove. I would expect a drag/drop to remove the item from the previous collection. It's important for me to track delegated items. Although it's possible to use the add addresses function it's a bit clunky. Would it be possible to have a dedicated "delegated" function like the dashboard/in/out and easiser support to create people to delegate to. Other than that - great software.
