For over a month, there have been (very) annoying ongoing freezes of the virtual machine that hosts the chandlerproject.org homepage. I have been manually restarting that virtual machine to restore service when the homepage is down. (Other VMs have been fine, so the outage has only been partial). I still don't know the cause, but I rebooted the whole machine yesterday (so a number of other services went down at that time). It's too early to tell if that has fixed the freezes of that virtual machine, but I am committed to a reinstall or other drastic move if this doesn't fix it.
