Do you want to change an entry to a different collection? You can add an item to a different collection by clicking and dragging it. If you look at the bottom right of the window, you can see what collections an item appears in. Then click the item in the original collection and use Item->Remove to remove it... (Don't use Item->Delete, that will remove it from all collections and put it in the trash.)
