CMDB. AIE, DSO, · Assist in preparing Statement of work (SOW) · Assist in Project planning and estimating · Attend customer meeting and understand their requirement on technical front · Prepare requirements document and co-ordinate with customer to take sign-off · Prepare High level and low level complex integrated service management solutions · Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams · Co-ordinate Remedy installation activities (Pre-requisites, OS Installation, DB, etc) · Write workflows for complex business requirements · Advanced crystal report development · Lead a team of Remedy developers. Support and mentor the team · Able to consult on ITIL processes and industry best practices · conduct product trainings and demos · Develop processes for optimization of work · Co-ordinate with the vendor for any product related issues Required Candidate Profile (Job Requirements/Descriptions) [Hint: - *Mandatory to specify* what Domains/technology areas/skills/projects the candidate should have worked on. ITIL Foundation a must, ITIL Practitioners an added advantage. - Working knowledge of Windows NT and UNIX environments, Oracle, MS SQL Server, JScript, JavaScript, VBScript, Perl, C, C++, OO Methodologies and Knowledge of Web Services technology - Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, team building skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Good knowledge on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite – Remedy Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Service Level Agreements.
