The QE Engineer will be responsible for providing QE strategy, governance, metrics and support for the projects, enhancements and support initiatives of a Development Center working within Integrated Customer Platform. The role also involves leading, planning, coaching and managing the activities of a team of analysts. The QE Engineer will work closely with the Project Management team and Sr. Lead Developers to ensure the product is meeting all Quality Standards. Candidates should have excellent, practical working knowledge of the SDLC across multiple methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. Hands-on experience in QE testing, processes, tools and methodologies is a must. Candidates should have the ability to develop business and technical knowledge quickly. Finally, candidates should possess a strong sense of ownership and self-sufficiency with a track record of successfully helping development teams gain efficiency through QE improvement.
