*Responsibilities* provided by this team will include –

- Day 2 Provisioning telephony devices (ex. speed dials, name changes, move
phones, voice mail boxes, etc.)

- Initial provisioning of infrastructure for new office (phone provisioning
for initial site build)

- Perform testing or validation of provisioning prior to turnover to
incident support

- Perform required change to voice mail application management tools

- Update relevant documentation

- Reconfigure lost phone and voice mail data as a result of outage or back
up failure

- Native configure of CUCM / CUC / CVP / ICM appliances including urgent
restorations



*CRITICAL TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES *

The individual in this position is *required to have the following
experience/skills: *

Experience with configurations, provisioning, and troubleshooting telephony
devices.

Demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and networks
utilized by our enterprise, including:

- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

- Cisco Unified Connections (CUC)

- Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)

- Telephony network (LEC, IXC, etc)

- Data networks

- Update relevant documentation

Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management processes and tools.

Experience desired, but not required with the following tools

- Exony VIM - HP Service Manager

Cisco background.

Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and
correct telephony related provisioning problems

including strong analytical and problem solving skills to solve complex

Customer Focus: Is focused on service delivery, business partner/customer
needs, and quality of work

** Business cases will be submitted for approval to place in Tempe, AZ or
Bloomington, IL, based on availability of qualified candidate.

Person would start first week of assignment in approved work location.

Schedule during initial training will be Monday

- Friday 8:00 am - 4:15 pm CT in Bloomington, IL, from 05/12/2014 to
05/23/2014.

The person would begin working from final location starting 05/27/2014.

Person must be shift flexible.

Weekend coverage may be required as business need arises, but would be
rotated across team members.

Advance notice will be provided when possible and weekly work schedule will
be adjusted to minimize personal impact.
