W2 or 1099 Only A client of ours is seeking a Cloud Architect to a 9+ month contact in Taylor Texas. Must be willing to travel to Austin to interview in person at own / partner expense. Interview process is phone / Skype then in person. Customer is ERCOT in Taylor Texas. *Job Purpose:* Creates a strategy and detailed implementation methods for automating the elements of IT services with an emphasis on defining requirements and value. *Job Summary:* Plays a key leadership role in the creation, development and implementation methods of ERCOT’s IT automation and transformation that encompasses technology, processes, and projects across all facets of ERCOT’s business. Identifies architectural design and improvements, deployment strategies, continuous integration and delivery, testing, maintenance and migrations building upon a broad knowledge spanning all aspects of cloud delivery.
