Location: Redmond, WA  Locals required.

Duration: 6+ months

MAX Rate: $40/hr C2C




Looking for a *Tier-1 SharePoint Support Coordinator *with good experience
in an enterprise setup on SharePoint 2013.



This is a customer-facing role which includes timely resolution of issues
and good customer experience.



Key Responsibilities

1.      Addressing user issues by monitoring incoming requests and working
through resolutions.

2.      Prioritize the support requests and work with SMEs by escalating
on-time to resolve customer issues.

3.      Basic SharePoint troubleshooting skills for user access, navigation
etc.,



Skills needed

1.      Excellent communication and customer service skills.

2.      Proven experience in a SharePoint support and Service desk role.
