This person will serve as Dependency, Issue and Risk Management Coordinator. Someone with past experience as a project coordinator or planner would be good. This person will also act as the PMO’s Service Management Coordinator. The responsibilities of this role are to create service management artifacts in partnership with the Service Management area and to organize, create and facilitate activities between project teams and service teams. The resource does not need to be an expert in Service Management, but will need a general understanding of what it is. Good communication skills needed along with being flexible, adaptable, have strong relationship building skills, customer focus and familiarity working with Business Partners. The resource will need the ability to coordinate work, multi task and have a good knowledge of the project methodology. A person with SharePoint knowledge will be desired, but not required. The resource will represent the CCN when working with other DCs and DCPs, so a strong leadership competency and critical thinking will be important. *Req 2)* *CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner),* *Bloomington, IL* *Skype Interview* Requirement is that the person have the CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), We need Scrum master on the project who is full time for the project.
