Role location - TEXAS

This role is for a Change Coordinator in the Information Secuirty area.

Candidates should have knowledge of Service Management/ITIL principles
which are available in the industry.

This role will be located off-site, so there is a need for someone who is
able to communicate well in a virtual environment.

The duties aligned to this role will include:

Mentors Change Management practitioners and provides advice on Change
Management Proces standards, policy and procedures; CAB procedures; and
associated tools.

Participates in efforts to enhance the Change Management policy, standards,
process, procedures and associated tooling as needed.

Assists Change Manager to mature, support, coordinate and execute the
overall Change Management Process for the Service or area or responsiblity.

Helps Change Agent facilitate changes through the Change Management Process
Assists the Change Agent, as needed, with any difficulties encountered
throughout the process.

Participates, when applicable, as a member of the local Change Assessment
Team (ChAT).

Provides information to the Change Manager, as requested, to assist with
reviews for authorization.

Monitors changes being deployed by and/or affecting their Service or area
of responsiblity Responsible for the following activities involving Change
records for which they are assigned:

Validate the content of records, including ensuring the appropriate
priority and risk is assigned to each Engaging Configuration Analyst for
Configuration Item validation as needed Ensuring the activities required
for each change have been adequately completed and appropriately documented

Reviewing changes to ensure they are ready for deployment prior to sending
them for authorization review

Coordinating and document the post-implementation review of changes to
evaluate results of the change and long term impacts and identify Continual
Service Improvement (CSI) opportunities
