This is NOT a role for an ABAP Developer first who has done work passing information to Security consultants. *Project or Assignment Overview* In an effort to effectively support new/ongoing security projects, the SAP security team requires 2 onsite engineers to provide security-oriented SAP support for Client’s work force. Client Environment: knowledge of ABAP development an area where team is weak with module experience of BI, CRM, BPC, ECC Engagement Deliverables include: Provide technical support services with respect to various identity configuration, and related infrastructure-related issues and Perform Level 3 problem determination, be able to solve by using ABAP, be familiar with compliance resolution and support services. *Requirements & Technical Musts : * 1. 5-7 years’ experience working with SAP Modules (preferably Security, ECC and BI) 2. Experience in ABAP development, with work in custom development, including IDOCs, BAPI, BADI, LSMW, ABAP workbench, reports and SAP Script, Smartforms, Customer-exits, New enhancement framework, ALE / IDOC framework (configuration, customization, troubleshooting and monitoring), workflow 3. Translate functional specifications into technical specifications with detailed knowledge of SAP tables/fields 4. Strong troubleshooting, testing and debugging skills in ABAP 5. Experience in writing technical documentation 6. Able to communicate cross functionally between technical partners 7. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and the business 8. Written technical documentation skills *Roles and Responsibilities:* 1. Actively protecting the integrity and confidentiality of Information Assets while enabling business functionality in all Identity Access systems and environments by implementing Identity Access security solutions. 2. Facilitating the gathering of business requirements from all partners and translating into specific requirements /specifications for the Identity Access team. 3. Ongoing support for tickets escalated from SSC, Data Security, Technical teams, or via direct assignment from end-users. 4. Performing and supporting unit testing, integration testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and production support as needed in all Identity Access systems. 5. Executing changes in Identity access systems based on results from analysis received from Controls, Internal Audit, External Audit, and other functions as deemed appropriate. 6. Acting as the Identity Access point of contact to multiple process areas and liaison with other areas as appropriate. 7.
