Efficient design and construction of the system to extract data from operational systems into the defined physical data model according to the business and technical requirement. Preparation of Technical Data Mapping document from BRD. Expertise in providing technical guidance and mentoring ETL development team onshore/offshore. Establish and promote ETL best practice and coding standards.
