Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a plus. Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation) Experience with Okta Identity Management a plus *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SNAPSHOT* Design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions based primarily on SailPoint IAM technologies. Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, IT controls and IT risk management and related standards. Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches. Lead in the selection of the methods and tools for projects Actively participate in decision making with project management and collaborate with teams/individuals responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients. Oversee junior consulting resources project activities and assist them with technical tasks and issues. Mentor junior staff to become senior staff. Exhibit leadership throughout the engagement process – from kickoff to post-engagement report. Develop high quality deliverables and documentation. Develop and implement methodologies for specific project types across the company. Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
