*DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED: • Review of all 2nd level tickets assigned by
Client Care Support Desk. • Research and troubleshooting of issues along
with interaction with Local Support Providers and clients. • Problem
resolution documentation and communication • Ceryx Account Creation *

*REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION: *
*Desktop Support Engineer with 3+ years IT industry experience, including
extensive Microsoft OS support experience, including Windows 7 and 8 and
10. Experience in supporting O365 and Outlook during migrations. A genuine
understanding of Active Directory and configuring group policies. Proven
technical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to
prioritize effectively and handle a varied and high workload, including
support calls and projects.*
