Please let me know your interest and availability for below project. *Note: We need Minimum 10+Yrs total exp.* *Note: OPT s are strictly Rejected even though they clear the interviews.* *Note: We cannot submit without NCA and H1 copy.* *Title: Lead Oracle DBA* *Location: Princeton, NJ* *Duration: 6 months+ Contract* Local candidates to NJ and Philly PA Must do a F2F Interview after phone screen Must have Excellent Communication Skills *Responsibilities: * · Performs all Oracle Database Administration related activities for major ETS projects independently with minimal supervision. · Strong capability and ability to resolve highly technical and complex database and infrastructure related issues on their own before they impact production and ETS business. · Works with the application development and Performance testing team to resolve all SQL performance issues. · Provides technical expertise to the development of solutions for such items as DBMS tools and utilities usage, database administration, backup and recovery, database performance tuning and monitoring. · Performs database migrations, upgrades and structure migrations. · Ability to influence development organizations to comply with database best practices and ETS database standards and practices. · Assures quality of database analysis and design across projects, thus enabling company-wide data reusability. •Trouble-shoots database and/or software problems as they apply to design, implementation, or installation activities. · Schedules and coordinates database maintenance activities including such items as database reorganizations and restructures. · Coordinates and/or participates in database stress tests, analyzes results, and makes recommendations for design or coding changes based upon those results. · Participates in on-call, overnight off-hour production problem resolution activities. · Complies with all ETS security and audit standards. Ensures security of company information by ensuring database is secure and monitors environment to identify improper access. *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * · *10-12 years of experience*, with at least the *last 5-7 years as Lead Oracle DBA* on all aspects of Oracle Database Administration in a large/challenging database environment on Linux platform. · Experience supporting internet/web based database applications with heavy concurrent user volume. · Experience working on *11g / 12c RAC* database applications, Oracle ASO, OEM Grid control, RMAN. · Skilled in *SQL statement tuning* with detailed understating of AWR and StatsPack reports, database performance tuning. · Hands on experience setting up *Golden Gate Replication* and troubleshooting replication issues is a must. · Working knowledge Postgres SQL databases is a Plus.
