Please let me know your interest and availability for below project. *Title: SQL Applications Development Consultant- Only w2* *Location: Eden Prairie, MN* *Contract: 4 months* The candidate will be working on a creating an SQL tool that takes in local clinic claim data and performs calculations and aggregations to ultimately report on revenue by clinic for 300 Pro Health New York clinics. *Responsibilities:* Create SQL database with appropriate structure and links to SQL clinic Database to pull in necessary data Create IIS / .net application front end for reporting and forms to interface with database. Work with project team to understand requirements and convert to reality (requirements are already definite) Ability to work independently receive feedback weekly and adjust tool accordingly Ability to communicate effectively with Pro Health NY CFO on project *Tools/skills needed:* SQL, iis, .net MUST HAVE: Ability to work independently and receive feedback / answers to questions at most once or twice a week.
