This position is responsible for managing a team of application SME’s that design, develop, implement, maintain and administer Oracle EBS solutions to integrate with enterprise wide business processes. The objective of this role is to ensure that the business and quality requirements specific to client HR/Payroll systems that include Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Employee and Manager Self Service are being met by the design and implementation of each application solution. • HRMS Manager, ERP Applications will lead our focus on technology enhancement for Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and Self Service and be the lead for HR in any AMC projects and assess applications upgrades and patching. • Responsible for the management of service delivery and operations for a team of technical resources in a hosted infrastructure in support of Oracle E-Business Suite and related solutions specifically to client HR/Payroll system consisting of the above ERP functions. • He/ She will be collaborating internally with members of the HR/Payroll team, internal clients, and external consultants, this person will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into functional requirements and take action. This position is responsible and accountable for the overall functional design, development, delivery, maintenance, improvement, continuity, and support of our core HR/Payroll systems. • Design, estimate, propose, build, and document enterprise class architecture solutions and systems based on Oracle ERP technology offerings in a complex environment in addition to the management of day to day support.
