Location: Fort Worth, TX Duration: 4 month contract MOI: Video Interview · The resource will be part of the storage operations team supporting new build allocations for new servers as well as troubleshooting any storage infrastructure issues and handling request for service. The person will provide local and remote support for the multi-vendor (EMC, NetApp) storage platforms. The position is also required to handle 3rd level problem resolution and working with the vendors to maintain and upgrade the legacy storage environment. Qualifications: · 6+ years of storage operations experience. Knowledge of EMC and NetAPP SAN and switch hardware and software. · Working knowledge both local and remote replication technology, and provisioning and zoning for the EMC and NetApp platforms. · Understanding patching and upgrading storage equipment.
