Title: QA IVR tester Location: Richmond VA Duration: 3+ Contract to hire *Must be US Citizen or GC or TN Visa* Tools: *Experience using automated tools like LoadRunner, Winrunner (3 – 5yrs.)* COF Experience preferred but not req. Ability to write and analyze test reports across the project team *2+ years experience with testing IVR applications* 5+ years experience performing Quality Assurance functions with demonstrated experience in Software Development Lifecycle quality deliver with direct leadership experience 2+ years experience with business processes and related systems supporting either Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, Credit Card or Finance industries 1+ years experience in ATDD/TDD Working knowledge/experience with relational database structures, query techniques, and MVS environment Proficiency in Spanish language for IVR testing is preferred.
