I don't usually forward these types of things to mailing lists I
subscribe to but this time I make an exception. Thing is, they don't
have any people to speak in "IT" field. I thought that since some of
you might be in companies or positions where your experience might give
insight into the IT world.

CAREER CONNECTIONS

Career Connections is a regional speaker's bureau whose goal is to
deliver a uniform and consistent message to students that their choices
and behavior in school have a direct impact on their future work
habits. This program is designed to assist students in understanding
the connection between what is expected at school and what will be
expected at work.

The Career Connections Speakers Bureau represents regional volunteer
experts who can speak on a wide variety of topics in their respective
fields. The speakers are categorized into areas of expertise based on
the Georgia Department of Education's 16 Career Clusters fields, plus a
General category for educators looking for a general (not specific)
career speaker.

You can access the website at:

If you have any other questions shoot me an email and I will put you in
touch with the people on our staff who can get you started.
