Easy, tex! It's just worth mentioning that I never had a problem with the boards. Their design is pretty novel, even if their customer service is total crap.
Besides, I think it's basically Soren and his wife and like two other dudes running the whole show. I'm not surprised their service sucks :) For some applications, though, they don't really have any competition at their price point, so the lack of good service is a necessary evil.
