ok.. there was a problem with the DB backup/restore process... I just used the MySQL Administrator to do a full backup/restore to keep from having further limits (like the 2MB upload limit with php)
I know the mail server will be down until I get the accounts cross-loaded --
this doesn't affect many people (possibly just the current active staff)
