What you will do / what they way. They start most people out at 25k/yr and after 6 months you can get a 50cent raise (you have to ask for it!) Linux experience - this is the key item along with the thick skinned thing, when I leave, I take most of all of the Linux experience goes too. Windows experience Networking experience Ghosting experience thick skinned (a lot of ex military, lots of homo type joke shit that goes on there) Ability to get a Secret clearance.
