Hi Chapel Developers -- I've just merged a draft of the CONTRIBUTORS and CHANGES files for the upcoming release. It's quite an impressive list of improvements and modifications and I think everybody should feel very proud of how much we've accomplished in the past six months or so.
If you have a chance between now and Monday to check that I spelled your name correctly and included all key code changes you've made, that would be great. If you find problems, please let me know by email. [Please note that both of these files reflect things that are bundled into the official release tarball.
