It looks as though the Chapel sublime package (assuming it's this:
https://github.com/acrosby/sublimetext-chapel
hasn't been updated in ~4 years, so something could have changed or broken
since then. I'm afraid that none of us on the core team are sublime users
(at least, that I'm aware of). So this may require finding someone to
champion updating the package to address.
