Hello, everyone, Kathleen and I are planning to change cell phone service. We've had Sprint for a while, but the dropped calls and long delays in receiving voice mail are a pain. We're looking at Verizon and Cingular/AT&T.
If you have either service and love it or hate it, would you let me know? In particular, I'm concerned about overloaded circuits with Cingular/AT&T. Consumer Reports identified that as the main problem with them. They gave Verizon the top rating for the DC Metro area. However, Cingular/AT&T have better features than Verizon, and they offer Hopkins employees a discount. The price for both services is almost the same.
