I noticed that some houses on the 2800 block of Calvert (2803, 2805, 2807) have signs advertising an auction on 12/1. According to the AJ Billig web site ( www.ajbillig.com ), the reason for the auction is ":corporate liquidation." The web site gives some other Charles Village houses to be auctioned the same day.
