City housing prices released - Better Waverly stable This might be of interest to us all... Home prices went up about 30% from 2003 to 2004 and in 2005 they've leveled off - note they haven't lost a lot of ground, and still creeped up about 1% from 2005 to 2006 - some good news. You can compare how we're faring to other similar neighborhoods as well.
