My package was delivered by DHL.  It was recording
equipment (from BSW).  I know our UPS driver
sometimes leaves packages on our porch, but
in this case the package was more valuable
and I wish in hindsight that there had been
a signature requirement.  On the up side, the
loss will be covered by the shipping insurance.

Shipping to work is not an option for me, since
I work for the federal government, and you can't
use official channels for personal business as
a general rule.
