I recall that Pat Welch is a CPA. She used to live on the upper end of St.
Paul street. You might also ask Sharon Guida for her advice.

Subject: [Chat] looking for brief tax advice
Hi everybody!
Does anyone have a line a good and preferably local CPA or tax lawyer? I
am pretty good with taxes and such but I have questions regarding capital
gains from a land trust that are a bit beyond my knowledge/capabilities.
I would love to be able to talk to someone (and pay them for their time,
obviously) just to figure out what I should be doing about it. Thanks in
advance!
