Already instructed Agents last week. Not sure why RPP signs are still not taken
care of, but we're on it.

Mr. Murphy, Mr.Little and Mr. Unitas,

Peak Hour restrictions (7:00 – 9:30 am) are being removed from the westside of
St. Paul Street, North Avenue to University Parkway. DOT’s peak restriction
signs are being removed before Christmas, but the RPP signs still note the
restrictions.

Mr. Little, Please tape over and then replace the RPP signs which note these
peak restrictions.

Mr. Unitas, DO NOT TICKET FOR PEAK HOUR PARKING once DOT’s restriction signs
are removed, even if the RPP signs still note.

Are you with me, Gentlemen?

Thanks.Mary Pat

John:

I am forwarding your message onto Mary Pat Clarke, Director Zaied and Frank
Murphy of the DOT and asking for their help in getting the RPP signs replaced,
which may take some additional time, and in confirming that, despite those few
unreplaced RPP signs, whether the rush hour restrictions on St. Paul Street
have been removed effective immediately.

Thanks for letting me know.

So far the peak hour parking restriction signs have been removed
from the west lane of Saint Paul Street in the 3200, 2900, 2800, 2700,
2600 and 2500 blocks. There are new street cleaning signs which
prohibit parking from 11 am until 3 pm on Wednesdays.
