He didn't say education is a cancer -- he said that the Anglo-US model
is, as developed by the fusion of the Anglo-American university and
Dewey's model of public education. I agree with him for the reason he
states, and others that won't be covered on this list.

Great point for people like me who grumble about the current model --
nothing's ALL bad.

Well, everyone train someone to use J to help their thinking -- that
way we won't be totally dependent on universities :-).

I'd really like to hear more from the people who use J as a tool for
thinking. That was, of course, what APL was made for -- how does it
work for you? I'm curious about the generalities and the specifics.
