Depends what you want. The problem as stated is:
given complex z,
find z^(i-z),
return maximum of _absolute_ values of real and imaginary parts of
that.
So my take is

eg
>./|+.(^0j1-]) 1j_7
12767.9
cf
+.(^0j1-]) 1j_7
_2611.69 _12767.9
which I don't think is what they require.
