this plan.
Newcomers won't know to search the site for control structures, nor will
they know to follow the links to control structures via the "explicit
definition" entry in NuVoc.
The header bar Usr Pri JfC LJ Phr Dic Voc is extraordinarily useful to
me, and I wish it were a part of NuVoc. It is a Wiki. Maybe I'll add
these searches across the top and see if someone removes them.
