I give up! Hitherto, I've not got into JHS - only used it for swapping
scripts and data with
J701 on my iPad. My loss, I realise.
However, a few days ago, I tried using the IDE/jijs tab. Each time I
invoke it, a new scratch
script is created under temp, as shown by, eg,
c:/users/mike_/j903-user/temp/292.ijs
(evidently that file is saved when the edit window is closed.)
I see no way of changing its name to a pre-existing script, nor of
directly invoking
an existing script for further editing etc.
I've searched previous J forum correspondence and the J Wiki for help on
this, but
found none.
So - How does one open an existing script for read-only or read and edit?
