You must be joking!!  How can it possibly be cheaper, unless you get it free 
at a Library or something, to have Internet access than a Local Call to a 
BBS?!  People like me can't afford to use things like DSL and must therefore 
use Local Phone Calls.  As far as I know, that comes down to one single 
monthly price that doesn't change no matter how many local calls we make.  
If things are done differently in other countries then that is WAY wrong!! 
:(

If we were being charged for every local call we make from our house phone 
system, we would NEVER call anyone or anything unless it was Very important. 
  I certainly wouldn't be allowed to use Email or the Web from home.
