The entire collection being sought was published as the book
"APL Quote-Quad: The Early Years", APL Press, 1982.
The contents are:

SHARE*APL\360 Newsletter Numbers 1-3.
APL Quote-Quad Number 4.
APL Quad-Quad Volume 2, 1-6
APL Quad-Quad Volume 3, 1-5.

I believe there is no formal Quote-Quad Volume 1.
Probably SHARE*APL\360 Newsletter Numbers 1-3
and Quote-Quad Number 4 are what is meant by
"Quote-Quad Volume 1".
