On my machine at work, Opera 9.24 works better thatn MSIE
6.0.2900.2810.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254. IE displays all the greek
characters, except omicron (circle) and uppercase delta, and all the
overstrikes as quads; it displays omicron as a large circle.

I am glad to see this version of the Dyalog character set has the proper
inverted query symbol - it used to be the mirror image of the conventional
one.

Both my browsers show quads for (I presume) "dex" - the character between
"lev" and diaersis - and the character preceding delta-underbar. Besides
the overstruck characters and most of the greeks, IE also fails to show
encode, floor, ceiling, lev, and jot; it's hard to tell if it displays quad
because this is the default glyph for its failures.

I still really like the APL character set but am happy not to have to deal
with its display problems after 20 years of doing so.
