Heheh. Its not a surprise ... I would expect so. My wife assembled a very nice home pc 3 years ako. So she put in a Creative Sound Blaster that supports 5.1 speakers ... so she also bought the matching speakers (WindowsXP). When it died last year ... I just bought an HP Pavillion with Vista and my wife tried to put in the sound card and speakers. Well ... vista didn't support it and it using the WindowsXP drivers on it was terrible. So she just removed the card and just used the on-board soundcard and the monitor speakers. It sucks though.
BTW, I believe J would work on Win2008 but all bets are off. :P -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of frank clooter Sent: Wednesday, March 05, 2008 12:13 PM To: Chat forum Subject: [Jchat] J and Windows 2008 Server: are they compatible?
