This is a head's up. The checkbox development ppa is in a big transition. If you have it enabled then you will find that you cannot install most of the related packages anymore. This transition will take a few more hours to complete. After it is done you will need to use ppa-purge and remove the ppa entirely, then you should be able to add it and reinstall all the packages.
I will post a follow-up email with additional information and detailed changes as well as the rationale for the transition. Sorry about the inconvenience, that is the only way of fixing this without bumping the epoch which is irreversible. Thanks ZK
