Hey Guacamole just got uploaded to Debian.
As soon as this clears NEW [1] I'll start converting scripts all over the tree to use guacamole. The low hanging fruit are the myriad of provider executables. Then bigger things like checkbox and lastly plainbox. This will be coordinated with subsequent releases that get additional features we currently have in plainbox. My plans for that are outlined here [2] The broad goal of guacamole is to provide consistent, high-quality component for command line applications. Guacamole fixes common issues, provides central implementation of often-used features that get reimplemented on the side and lastly, provides a way to reuse and mix ingredients (parts of guacamole) into custom applications, enhancing code reuse. Your package has been put into the NEW queue, which requires manual action from the ftpteam to process. The upload was otherwise valid (it had a good OpenPGP signature and file hashes are valid), so please be patient. Packages are routinely processed through to the archive, and do feel free to browse the NEW queue[1]. If there is an issue with the upload, you will recieve an email from a member of the ftpteam. If you have any questions, you may reply to this email.
